"i went to make a gold ring for myself , for bluesapphire/neelam,to yashraj jewellers. I chose d simplest design in their catalogue. When i went to get it, they gave me a distorted badly shaped ring. Seeing my disappointed face they agreed to remake it again. Neither they made it as in the catalogue , they also broke my Neelam stone from the base so as to make it smooth with the base of the ring . I bought a 3 carat neelam, dont know how much it is now. Stupid inexperienced loot people are sitting there. please dont to this shop ever. Also, they will cut whatever they feel like in name of GST and will try to explain in their own way. Its a disgusting place."
